Privacy Policy
Last updated: Oct 3, 2026.
This policy covers all mobile applications published by Innowheel: LED Draw, Spiro Designs, and Work Todo. We believe in collecting as little data as possible — for two of our three apps, that means none at all.
What we never do (all apps)
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
We do not show ads or use advertising identifiers.
We do not collect analytics, location, contacts, or browsing data.
Children
Our apps LED Draw, Spiro Designs, and Kaleidron are generic Apps, that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
Work Todo app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

LED Draw
These apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. They require no account, request no personal permissions, contain no analytics, no advertising, and send no data off your device. Everything you create stays on your device unless you share it with others. When you share your creations, we may add our App information.
Spiro Designs
These apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. They require no account, request no personal permissions, contain no analytics, no advertising, and send no data off your device. Everything you create stays on your device unless you share it with others. When you share your creations, we may add our App information.
Kaleidron
Kaleidron has no account, no sign-in and no server. Every composition you make and every photograph you use stays on your device.
Photos. When you choose a photo, the app reads it to render your kaleidoscope. The image is not uploaded, copied off the device, or shared with us or anyone else.
iCloud sync. Sync is off unless you turn it on. When it's on, your gallery syncs through your own iCloud account — it goes to Apple's servers under your Apple ID, and never to us. Turning it off stops it.
The purchase. Kaleidron has one optional in-app purchase. Apple handles the transaction, so we never see your payment details. We're told only that the unlock is active on your device.
What we don't do. No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party SDKs collecting anything.
Work Todo
Work Todo is a task planner that syncs your tasks across your devices, which requires an account and cloud storage:
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This is used solely to identify your account and sync your tasks.
Task data. The tasks you create (titles, descriptions, dates, priorities, completion status) are stored on your device and in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under your account, so they follow you across devices. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Assistant questions. If you use the Assistant tab, the text of your question may be sent to Google's Gemini API solely to interpret it. Your task data is not sent to the model; answers are computed on your device.
Calendar access (optional). If you turn on "Calendar awareness" in Settings, Work Todo reads your device calendar so meetings count as busy time when planning tasks and answering free-time questions. This happens entirely on your device: calendar events are never written to, transmitted, or stored on our servers, and turning the setting off (or denying the permission) stops all calendar access.
Data retention. Your tasks are stored until you delete them or delete your account; nothing is deleted automatically. The planning view reaches a limited window around today (about three months either side on the free plan, about two years with a subscription) — tasks outside your plan's window stay stored and become visible again whenever the window covers them.
Data deletion. You can delete individual tasks — or all of them — at any time from within the app without deleting your account; each deletion removes the task from your devices and from our servers. You can also permanently delete your account and all task data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us at contact@inno-wheel.com with the subject "Work Todo account deletion" from the email address associated with your account.
vXchange
vXchange lets you design digital visiting cards and exchange them with people nearby over Bluetooth, or share them as QR codes.
Information you provide
The details you enter for your cards — name, occupation, company, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, addresses, birthday (month and day are shared on cards; the year never leaves your device), and any logo or photo you pick. This is the only personal information the app collects.
Where it is stored
On your device, and in your own private area of our Firebase (Google Cloud) database, protected by your Google or Apple sign-in. Nobody else's account can read your data.
Cards you exchange are stored by the person you gave them to, on their device and in their private area — just like handing over a paper card.
What leaves your device, and when
Bluetooth exchange happens directly between the two phones. No server is involved and no record of the meeting is kept by us.
QR sharing encodes your card into the link itself. The card data is never uploaded — it travels only from your screen to the scanner's browser.
AI questions send the contact details of cards you have collected (never their designs or images) to Google's Gemini service to compute the answer. Answers are shown to you and not used to build profiles.
What we don't do
No advertising, no analytics trackers, no sale or sharing of your data with third parties, no contact-list upload — the app never reads your phone's address book.
Deleting your data
Users can delete individual collected contacts in the app; each deletion removes the data from the device and our cloud storage immediately.
To delete your account and all cloud data, contact us at contact@inno-wheel.com. When you delete an account, cards, contacts, photos, and the account record itself will be deleted.
Please bear in mind that each deletion immediately and permanently removes the data from the device and our cloud storage. We keep no copies — deleted data is not recoverable.
Clazzle
This app collects nothing.
It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash reporting. It makes no network requests of any kind. Nothing about you or your device is sent anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to be sent.
What is stored, and where
Your puzzle results, your streak and your display preferences are saved on your own device, using the operating system's ordinary app storage. They never leave it. Deleting the app deletes them.
Sharing
When you tap Share, the app hands a short block of text — the date, the difficulty, your move count, par, your star rating and the finished pattern — to your device's share sheet. What happens next is between you and whichever app you choose to send it to. The app itself does not transmit anything and does not know what you picked.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages. Since it collects no data at all, there is nothing to treat differently for children, and no consent to obtain.
Changes
If a future version ever collects anything, this policy will say so before that version ships.
