This policy covers all mobile applications published by Innowheel: LED Draw, Spiro Designs, and Work Todo. We believe in collecting as little data as possible — for two of our three apps, that means none at all.

What we never do (all apps)

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

  • We do not show ads or use advertising identifiers.

  • We do not collect analytics, location, contacts, or browsing data.

Children

Our apps LED Draw and Spiro Designs is a generic App, that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

Work Todo app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

LED Draw and Spiro Designs

These apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. They require no account, request no personal permissions, contain no analytics, no advertising, and send no data off your device. Everything you create stays on your device unless you share it with others. When you share your creations, we may add our App information.

Work Todo

Work Todo is a task planner that syncs your tasks across your devices, which requires an account and cloud storage:

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This is used solely to identify your account and sync your tasks.

  • Task data. The tasks you create (titles, descriptions, dates, priorities, completion status) are stored on your device and in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under your account, so they follow you across devices. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

  • Assistant questions. If you use the Assistant tab, the text of your question may be sent to Google's Gemini API solely to interpret it. Your task data is not sent to the model; answers are computed on your device.

  • Data deletion. You can permanently delete your account and all task data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us at contact@inno-wheel.com with the subject "Work Todo account deletion" from the email address associated with your account.
